Who We Are
Jay Kelleher, President of Complete Construction and Management, Inc., has been building custom homes and entire communities for the past 33 years. He began his construction career in the 1980’s, working his way up the ladder at Arvida and then Toll Brothers. As a general contractor employed at Toll Brothers, Jay served as the Senior Construction Manager, training and managing multiple construction managers and sub-contractors in multiple new construction projects in Palm Beach County.
After spending years working at large companies such as these, Jay was approached by a local builder who was in need of a quality general contractor to put together a custom home building company. He then began a successful career with Milestone Custom Homes, but eventually decided that the time was right to go out on his own. After sufficient capital was secured, Complete Construction & Management was born, allowing Jay to pursue his dreams of operating his own contracting, construction and management company. Since then, Jay has successfully completed over 100 projects under the CCM banner. Now, he is ready to undertake your project and turn your dreams into reality!
